What: Mary Helen Smith of the Portage County Health Department will provide an overview of how a home sewage treatment system works, and what to do when a system doesn't appear to be working properly. She will define system repairs, alterations, and replacements as they pertain to the new Ohio Department of Health Sewage Treatment Regulations. Mary will also discuss the new septic tank pumping regulations as well as other critical do's and font's for homeowners. Additional information about "Point of Sale" and other Real Estate Transfer Evaluations" will be shared. Time is also scheduled for participant questions.
